Is your map is incomplete?

The map your brain has of your body
has eroded.

the incomplete map

Why does your brain have gaps in its map of your body?

Because the reactions to stress, the injuries, and the repetitions of  life,
your tension responses became a hidden habit.

The places that don’t move give so little feedback that the brain rewires, it stops paying attention to those places, themap erodes away. Your brain doesn’t organize your muscle tension and control based on your actual anatomy as much as how it perceives your anatomy.

Wherethe map is missing?

It’s missing where the muscles are often tight. The automatic holding results in gaps in the map. The gaps are outside your awareness. It’s an amnesia. By definition, we are unaware of our ownamnesia. The tension runs automatically at a hidden high-idle.

The X marks the spot. The missing X of the map

The X is missing from your map.
That’s where the treasure is hidden.

How are you going to fill in the gaps?

How do you know when you’re in uncharted territory?
How do you get a glimpse of, and overcome the amnesia to
the hidden automatic tension?
How do you fill in the map to find the treasure?
How do you reconnect to what you lost?

It takes a personal Somatic practice.

Learn to explore the uncharted territory, the forgotten aspects of your potential for movement. Look for expressions of the amnesia. Learn how you direct your awareness in this gentle, intentional movement process.

Look more deeply inward.
Reconnect to what is missing.
Restore the map.

With this powerful movement method, Inspired Somatic Education, you can restore the map.
The pain, tightness and stiffness is the result of the loss of control.
The process fills in the map, it allows you to restore control.

Where is the hidden treasure?

The treasure.

The treasure is the part of you that you forgot,
It’s the movement that you lost.

It’s knowing your true nature is to be a relaxed person.
That you can feel at ease in your body.
The treasure is a missing part of you.
Welcome it back.

The search is over, a gifted teacher was found. After the first virtual session and a few days of practice, a change was beginning. Anyone can demonstrate a movement, but to be taught how able to bridge to bridge the gap so that the results of that movement can be sensed makes all the difference in the world. It is then that you can begin to teach yourself to become untapped. I am approaching my 80th year and have tried for many years to get help with no true results. Now I have found it, and am confident life will be better from now on.” -N., Retired Teacher, Avid Needlepointer.
