• You’ll also need a quiet place to lie down with room for arms and legs outstretched.
• Comfortable clothing for gentle movement.
• Ensure I have a clear view of you during the session.
• Headphones (or earbuds) are recommended for better audio.

“Eric is a fantastic teacher of somatics and he has provided me with the tools to better understand my body, to deal with tension and stress and to relieve pain.
